30 Days Return Policy
Though we are sure you will love your jewelry you purchased from Mizrahi Diamonds, occasionally people might change their minds and that is why we offer 30-day money back guarantee on all non-Special Order Items. If you are not completely satisfied with any piece of jewelry that you have purchased from us, you may return the item for a refund in accordance with our return policy below. The refund issued will be the full amount paid for the item minus the shipping and handling charges incurred by Mizrahi Diamonds when shipping your order.

Return and Exchange Policy
In case that you need to return or exchange any of the items you purchased, please read below for information on how we can further assist you. A return authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise. This authorization can be obtained by calling our toll free number. Return authorizations code must be requested within 30 days of ordering the merchandise. We must receive the item back at our office within 30 days from when you received your package. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department to make sure the item is in new unused condition and is free from any signs of wear and the security tags are still attached

Follow these 3 easy steps for returning an item

1) Obtain Return authorization code by calling us on our toll free number.

2) Pack your item. Don’t forget to include all original packaging, security tags and diamond certificate (if you received one).

3) Insure you package. You must insure your package for the same amount as your invoice. Mizrahi Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized damaged or missing the security tags cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no return authorization code, and packages that are improperly packaged missing any original packaging and collateral material or uninsured will be refused receipt. If you decide to exchange your order for any other item on our website, you may do so by contacting us for an Exchange Authorization Number. All products are subject to a full refund or exchange minus the shipping fees incurred by Mizrahi Diamonds when initially shipping out your order. As long as the order is not custom and/or does not show signs of wear and tear, the shipping costs are the only deduction before a refund is issued. By buying from Mizrahi Diamonds you also agree not to chargeback the credit card payment you made when placing your order, if you do chargeback you will be charged a 5% fee to cover our costs relating to the chargeback
